We provide legal assistance in the scope of public procurement both for Economic Operators and Awarding Entities.
We provide professional legal support at the stage of tender procedure. We make and analyze tender documentation on the basis of legal risk (announcements, Terms of Reference, contracts). We offer preparation of by-laws, templates of letters, forms, statements, purchase plans, as well as correspondence with Economic Operators (responses to letters, inquiries and petitions) or letters to the Awarding Entity, inquiries and petitions. We provide legal consultancy at the stage of competing for the award of a contract and at the stage of its completion.
We represent our Clients in appeal proceedings before the National Appeals Chamber (KIO), and in court proceedings resulting from the submission of a complaint against the decision of KIO. We offer in this scope preparation of appeals and accessions, representation before KIO, preparation of complaints to common courts against decisions issued by KIO and court representation before such courts.
